My Dream holiday

I want my dream holiday to be a cool 6 weeks from school and I want it to be the best holiday I ever imagined. I want to go to the beach and I want to watch movies at my home. It will be like a warm melting your brain moment and it will the best holiday ever. I want it to be the most best holiday for my family and they will be amazed on how our family holiday was the best they ever had.I want my family holiday to be so great my head will blow off. I want to spend all my time with my family so that I will always remember it my entire life. I am so happy I imagined that, and I really want to tell my family.

This is my painting,the sea of china that i coloured in on summer learning journey.com,I had to colour it in and I had to put it on my blog which I am doing right now,I had to do a lot of on this which was easy  and I get to learn about the sea painting of china I liked how I coloured in the sea and it was the best colouring in ever. 

Water safety

Water safety is a important thing for your life saving tips,water safety is good for you because if you go for a swim at the beach and if you drown these tips might save your life.First tip is hazards,hazards are like something bad happens to people who died in water,320,00 people have drowned in the water.Do you know why 320,00 people drowned in water it is because they were not thinking,huh there is another tip thinking you have to think so you can survive in water.Getting to have a risk is a very bad thing to have a risk is because water can go into you lugs and fill you body inside now that is having a risk.

Measuring cups

 We were learning about Measuring our cups and our dads favorite cup,so i was measuring my cup and see how many ml it can hold and i guessed how many and I said maybe 500ml but when I put the water in my measuring cup it was only 300ml after that I did my dads mug and I guessed between 400 and 500 but it was a bit between 500 and 600 mil.

On Friday,we were about to go to assembly when the Principal talked about what was going to happen at the assembly,he said that it was Cook Island language week so we were going to see some people perform on the stage,after that he said that we were going to start off with the certificates then the performance and then we were going to finish off with three people from room 11 my class,so my teacher picked Jaylove,Houston,and me.When he finished talking we head off to assembly when we were walking to assembly Jaylove,Houston,and me were practicing along the way,so what we talked about was that Jaylove and Houston were going to do the greeting and I was going to do the numbers 1 - 20,so we told our plan to our teacher and he agreed but he changed things a little bit he said that when it is my turn I have to say the number and the whole school copies me and after that I finish it off.It was the best day ever!!!.

Digital Technology

Matua Tamati was a Digital Technology expert or Digital Technology teacher,the programme was Digital Ignition,he showed us words like algorithm,he also showed us actions of the words.Then,he told us to get into 3 groups,it was Ngapera,Sam,and me,then he said to pick one person to get the ipad.The words were bug,d bug,input,output,process,storage,decomposition,composition,function,conditional,and loop,he also taught us actions of function.It was Kea,Weka,Pukeko,and Makelena.We get to play with Mbot and we called him Drifter,we also missed Drifter because he was our best friend.

Matariki

Today, Glen innes school is celebrating Maori language week and the whole school did some Matariki drawing. After that every class went around the school to that a look at other classes Matariki picture.Then we had to memorise what the class messages were,one of them was Matariki takes care of the other sister because she is the oldest.Matariki  is the brightest and the biggest star in the Matariki cluster.

The reason why I drawed this,it is because that it looked so cool that I wanted to draw it.Then I tried to draw and look what I did,my teacher said that that drawing is ''WOW''.This is a fortnight character and his name is Midas he has the golden touch.

My nomination of naming the Auckland tunnel Borer:Eva Rickard

I want to name the tunnel borer Eva Rickard because she always stands up for everything just like she stand up for the Maori people in world war II. She was the most confident woman in our life ,she was so brave to stand up for her people and her culture.Eva Rickard lived in Raglan for her whole life and was involved in the fight.She was born in 19 April 1925 and died in 1997.She was best known for leading the occupation in Raglan golf course in the 1970's.Eva Rickard was an Actress of Mauri and  flug des Albatros.
